Building systems that make impact visible.
A communications professional with a track record of designing and leading strategic communications across development programmes in Ghana and multi-country initiatives. I turn complex programme activities into clear, compelling stories that engage stakeholders and drive results.
As a Communications Lead, I design and deliver communication strategies that strengthen programme visibility, stakeholder engagement, and overall impact. My work focuses on building clear, consistent, and structured communication systems that effectively translate programme objectives into compelling, audience-focused narratives.
I lead the development of communication plans and oversee the production of integrated communication materials across digital and print platforms, including campaigns, programme explainers, case studies, and recruitment assets. I also manage social media strategy end-to-end, from content planning and design oversight to audience engagement and performance-driven amplification. In parallel, I support the promotion of organisational services by developing messaging and materials that clearly articulate value to partners, stakeholders, and potential clients.
Working across sectors such as youth development, agriculture, migration, education, women's empowerment, and disability inclusion, I translate complex programme work into clear, accessible, and engaging content. This includes producing both written and video case studies that capture outcomes, demonstrate impact, and strengthen storytelling.
I provide communication oversight across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment in messaging, branding, and delivery. Through close coordination with programme teams and external partners, I ensure that communication outputs are timely, coherent, and strategically aligned.
Overall, my work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, focused on strengthening communication systems, amplifying programme visibility, and ensuring that impact is clearly and effectively communicated to the audiences that matter.

Women's Cooperative — Tamale, Northern Ghana
A shea processing association in Tamale — primarily made up of women — relied heavily on shea processing as a key source of income. Limited market access, low product visibility, and the absence of a structured sales and marketing approach constrained their ability to generate consistent income and improve livelihoods.
Conducted in-depth market research in Tamale, engaging stakeholders across the value chain — including shea nut pickers and hotels. Developed a comprehensive marketing strategy including brand repositioning, a social media strategy, and delivered sales and marketing training for staff.
Worked directly with women processors to understand their operations and income challenges, while engaging both upstream and downstream actors to identify practical market opportunities. Translated insights into actionable strategies and supported implementation through hands-on training, ensuring relevance to their operating context.
